EverSafe houses HelpVul, the first uniform reporting portal and secure communication platform developed in collaboration with the National Adult Protective Services Association, the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association, multiple financial institutions, and state securities regulators.
The portal resolves challenging issues related to non-uniform state legislation that addresses the criteria and procedure for referring cases involving at-risk customers to regulators.
