Who We Are: Elderscan, LLC, a Maryland limited liability company.

How we protect your information: We use computer safeguards, secured files/buildings, and SSL encryption. No method is 100% secure, but we follow accepted standards.

How we collect your information: We collect when you request our services, provide contact info, or via third-party service providers for authentication and fraud detection.

Why you can’t limit all sharing: Federal law limits only certain sharing, such as affiliates’ creditworthiness and marketing by affiliates/nonaffiliates.
